Yesterday I check in at 20:00 and I meet a nice and pretty reception she give me a nice room☺️ room very clean, the view very nice, and the swimming pool also best. Worth to stay here. Sure will recommend my friends stay here when they come to Kuala Lumpur🥰

The room is super nice and the view was spectacular! Really amazed and recommended. So many facilities and there's convenient store nearby. So happy to stay in Regalia

The swimming pool needs to be booked early to take a swim. The receptionist is not friendly and twisted. Cleanliness is not up to the standard we expected.

TLDR: Pay for the view, cleanliness is terrible. Booked the Executive Skyline room for the balcony view, I must say it is fantastic and has the best view in Kuala Lumpur, better than both Petronas Tower & Kuala Lumpur tower. However, cleanliness is terrible, the toilet stinks and smells spread throughout the room even if the aircon is turned off. It smells exactly like a public toilet or even worse, I am not kidding! The smell is so bad I was woken up a few times because of it. I also found leftover drinks in the fridge from the previous tenant, the toilet floor is dirty, the shower head is unclean with foam visible, and there are stains on the bedsheet. The location is good, a 5min walk from Putra Station with Sunway Putra Mall nearby. As it's a KTM line, the train timing frequency is low, around one train every 20min to 1 hour.

The trashiest hotel! Parking has to be paid up to rm57 for 3 days 2 nights! The elevator is broken and slow for half an hour to wait for the elevator to arrive, the room is not clean! Like a haunted hotel! Rude reception! No maintenance! Please do not sleep in this hotel! This is the last time I set foot in this rubbish hotel, the swimming pool is also dirty! Failed!

Pesan hotel dapat apartemen. Ruangnya besar sih tapi lantai gak pakai karpet, padahal minta hotel biar lantainya pake karpet. Kamarnya udah butuh renovasi. TV di ruang tengah gak bisa nyala.

The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, but it's not modern or new. The air conditioner takes little time to cool. I'm asking for the baggage trolley upon check out. Talked to the girl, she said will send. After half an hour, I spoke to male, and said it's on the way. After 1hour still did not get it. Poor service. I came down and saw that trolley just beside them. Poor service. Luckily, Miss Ann is there, with good communication skills. She greeted me well, cannot complaint. Plus you have to add rm20 for the parking as they rented the building.
