As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Guests must transfer via boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. This property offers transfers from the airport. To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 8 AM - 5 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. At check-in, guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 16 and up; guests must have received complete COVID-19 vaccination at least 14 days prior to check-in. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. For same day transfers to Pom Pom Island, please schedule to arrive by 3 PM. Transfers to and from Pom Pom Island occur twice daily: from Semporna to Pom Pom Island at 12:30 PM and 4:30 PM; from Pom Pom Island to Semporna at 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM. For guests staying at hotel in Tawau or Semporna, pick-ups are available upon request. Please note that last minute transfer changes cannot be accommodated. Guests are kindly requested to inform the resort 7 days in advance of their flight details/pick up details. Unscheduled Transfer Charges: Additional charges apply per way for both land and sea transfers. In the event of festivals or functions in Semporna town or bad weather conditions, boat timings may be re-scheduled to depart earlier from the island.
