Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night(imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability. Nice. Very good staff name chung, very friendly, very efficient, fast. Friendly. Best la chung. Hotel best. Although old. Tp renovated. Clean. Very best. Recommended. The price is cheap. There is another bathtub. Thank pearl view. Thank you chung.

This hotel is great for outstation gateways. And every staff is well communication. Another want to share is, the hotel do not provide the toothbrush set.

We are glad that the hotel allow us to check in early when the rooms was available and most importantly they gave us rooms on the highest floor as requested and it was clean and the air conditioning was all working fine. My family of 6 paxs booked 3 rooms and we had adjourning rooms and very quiet as we didn't face the front of the main road.

Very limited TV channel. Bathroom floor very slippery. No qibla direction in room. Room condition even old stuffs and decorations but acceptable, everything are working. Bath tub a bit dirty. Parking is free but need to validate card at reception (touch and go/debit card/credit card). Make sure to touch card when exit parking even though the barrier is open.

Breakfast vouchers was given by staff when check in but was asked to pay later during breakfast. Hotel staff was not professional enough to handle such incident. Furthermore, the breakfast quality is not worth for RM28. Food variaty was very limited.
