Very close to several malls around the hotel, to KLCC there is a connecting bridge, close to everywhere and friendly staff.

Very strategic, behind Pavilion, 15 minutes walking to KLCC (aquarium, Twin Tower, Suria Mall). The staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable.

Hotel yang bersih, dekat ke Pavilion. Tinggal nyebrang naik jembatan jalan dkit nyampe dee. Kemana-mana akses dekat. Staf hotel juga ramah-ramah & banyak membantu. Recommended hotel ini. Thank you Novotel, 😍👍.

Novotel kamarnya bagus dan bersih, furniture baru. Air dengan filter air 3M jadi bisa langsung diminum. Dekat sekali dengan Paviliun Mal. Tersedia escalator naik, tidak jauh dari lobby hotel. Staff ramah². Recommended untuk bermalam di sini.

The location is super strategic. 5 mins walking distance to Bukit bintang via Pavilion, and 15 mins walking distance to KLCC and Alor streetfood. The bed nice, the room kind of small but worth the price, already have fridge inside the room and the room is newly renovated.

All good and worth the price, only 1 min walk and then you can reach Pavilion or 3 mins walk to Monorel/LRT station (Bukit Bintang/Raja Chulan) but I hope the receptionist or security guard in front of the hotel greeted us or smiled whenever we walked by, it would be a nice touch for us as a guest to be felt warm. The room was already equipped with iron and hair dryer.
