As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.

This property will be closed from December 5 2021 to December 4 2023 for renovations and will resume operation once the renovation is complete (completion date subject to change).
