Great to stay here. Only 5 minutes walk to Kuala Lumpur Sentral. A lot of restaurants nearby open until midnight. Room clean and facilities excellent in room (AC cold, hair dryer, safe deposite box, Kettle for making hot water and bathroom clean with hot water). Staff friendly and that's important the price affordable. Recommended and I come again.

This is one of the hotels that is located in the strategic area of Kuala Lumpur Sentral. This location is attractive due to the Kuala Lumpur Sentral transport hub being a transit point for multiple public transport options. This hotel is only a short walk away from the Monorail station and the main hub building can easily be reached through the Nu Sentral Mall. For the hotel itself, it is satisfactory enough as a no-frills hotel, especially for those of you who need a place to rest but spend most of your time in the day on tour. The standard room still has enough space for maneuvering inside, especially for praying and putting luggage. The bathroom is also adequately prepared with hot water available. The staff that I interacted with is nice enough and is able to speak Bahasa Malaysia (which is close enough to Bahasa Indonesia) and English so there is not much issue there. Requests for making up the room is also always fulfilled and the quality is satisfactory. Facilities such as soap and mineral water are restocked every time even though I still have some left. Overall great experience.

It's possible to do early check in (the initial was at 3pm, but I got in at around 11am). Clean room, quite spacious, complete bath amenities and other compliments. But the room isn't soundproof because you can clearly hear the elevator which is about 3/4 rooms far. Moreover it's surrounded by restaurants and supermarket, the Kuala Lumpur sentral also within walking distance, so it's very convenient for travelers who are mostly use public transport to commute. Overall it's a good experience staying here.

Not recommend, request for higher/quite room and two single bed. None of these requests are fulfill. Moreover, the reception guy arranged us to stay at first floor first room which near to mamak downstairs. So it won't be quiet at night and surely can't rest well. Not recommend and won't come again.

Usually I rarely give bad reviews but this is really a nightmare. Luckily only last night. Just imagine getting a room on the 1st floor, in front of an Indian restaurant that sells fried seafood. So the roommate already smells of cooking oil, smells of fishy seafood too. Not to mention that right in front of him there is a TV for restaurant customers, it's getting noisier. And this is a 24-hour restaurant, even at 3 in the morning you can still feel someone frying.

Pegawai ramah, deposit 20myr + tax 10myr. Hotel sejuk, bersih & nyaman. Dapat kamar 301 ada jendela menghadap jalan, kasur twin besar, ac dingin, kamar & kamar mandi bersih. Sabun+shampo, air panas, handuk tersedia. Cari makan gampang, dekat KL sentral + laundri + kk 24jam. Minus: kamar mandi tidak bisa dikunci + wifi lemot parah.
