one stop hotel..great location, it's easy to find everything you need at berjaya Times square mall..

Easy check in, friendly staff and helpful, clean room and bathroom, complete inside room facilities: amenities, fridge, iron, hairdryer, etc., hot shower did well so did the air conditioner, great location too, a lot of shopping center around the hotel, just walking to, easy check out, so far it was great, will be back this hotel while visit Kuala Lumpur.

it's always my favorite place to stay. Every time I visit KL, I always stay in this hotel. The staffs are friendly, the room is spacious and cozy, the breakfast is superb and it's close to Bukit Bintang and Berjaya Times Square mall.

This is is perfect for family getaway. Me and my mom really love the service and the location is very awesome. It’s near the Pavilion Mall and Sungei Wang Mall

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff also friendly. Location is very strategic. In front of hotel is jalan alor street food so if you hungry, you just out of hotel and can found many restaurant and street food. Just 5 minutes by walk if you want to go to pavilion. Recommended hotel.

Strategic location. Only 5 minutes walk to alor street. Very near to sungei wang plaza. Need 10 minutes walk to mall in bukit bintang example Lot10, H&M, etc

Deluxe room is quite spacious, very quiet environment ensure good rest. Very close to Pavillion. Last but not least security is very helpful.

For me, the rate for this hotel is a reasonable with the location and facilities they provide. Room is clean. Location is strategy. Near with Popular shopping mall, stree food store (jalan alor)

Thanks traveloka and imperial hotel bukit bintang, I got best deal price for 3 night. The location was strategic, only 10 meters to Alor and MRT/LRT stations. It was cool place, near pavilion and culinary place.

The service is very good and the receptionist is so kind. The room condition is clean, there is a pantry for the public. I left my necklace and they still find it and keep it for me, so happy to stay here!

Nice hotel. The best point is : perfect location! Walking distance to station, alor street, and shopping mall.

My second stay at this hotel and I’m glad to report that it went well. Clean rooms and good WiFi with hot water and a cold AC. Nothing to complain about really. Especially for the price paid. Will certainly stay here again.
