Our standard room was on little side. Location was near Komtar, easy access everywhere. Breakfast only two options but both were good. Clean room, working AC unit and nice pipping hot water.

The hotel location was great near Komtar (bus station) so we can go anywhere easily, at night the Kimberly Street has a lot of food stalls, but the minus was the bedroom and bathroom, the bedroom old style and the bathroom smelled bad.

The room is a bit small so the AC is installed near the head of the bed, the noisy sound of the outdoor AC can be heard. The bathroom water is strong but because the floor has no barrier so the whole floor is wet. The TV remote doesn't work because the batteries haven't been replaced. It's easy to find food around the hotel. Wifi is slow.

We stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Queen Room. The room is quite compact. The location is super, located across The Top Penang Komtar and Prangin Mall. Moreover, you can walk to Kimberly night market, very convenient location. I highly recommend this hotel.

its in Geogre Town central area so you can reach other places easily. Additionally, there is a laundry spot nearby to refill your clothes. However, rooms need to be renovated

Hotel is worth to stay. Strategic location, near Komtar, can walk to reach that place. The room is clean, cozy but the room is pretty small, but overall the hotel is nice. The staff is friendly.

The staffs were all friendly and helpful, especially the security guard and the housekeeping staff. This is my 5th or 6th stay in this hotel. Hope next time the hotel will provide better pillows and towels. Thank you.
