1. Can't upgrade the rooms from superior to family rooms while check in. Reason their no rooms available. By the way, when I booking the rooms on November 2023, I was told by their staff that I can upgrade the room while check in time. In means time when I request for extra bed, their staff (from room service) tell me that no more extra bed. So sad 🙄😔. 2. Flutch water in toilet bowl refill are too slow. 3. TV cannot operate and so difficult to switch on.

I was requested for change my room on Friday morning around 10am because of shower didn't have hot water but refuse by reception, he just inform they will sent maintenance for check and repaired it. After checked around 10.30am, the maintenance advice for me to change my room and they will inform to reception because they find a major problem to solve. Until around 5.30pm I didn't got any information about my status for change my room and I have went to reception for ask my new room than the reception just told me I have to packing my bag and wait until they sent a new key card for me at my immediate room. After 15 minute I keep calling the reception but didn't pick up, so I went to reception to take my new key card for myself. I think this time is my worst stay at your hotel because I'm one of your regular customers and always choose your hotel for 1st place to stay before. Hope you can improve for your services for your customers. Thank you.

Second time checking in here...satisfied...room is spacious..clean only water heater in the bathroom doesn't work...even though it's cheap but we're comfortable... Can't come again with my family because I don't have any facilities enough for you guys...

The condition of the room is quite unsatisfactory, the water channel does not flow well, the dock water just stagnates. Until early at 12.30 pm. But don't expect him to check in early. Have to wait at 3:00 pm too.
