A tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as additional car park, early check-in, late check-out, non-smoking room etc, are strongly subject to availability & cannot be guarantee. You are encouraged to contact hotel at least 24 hours before arrival for the special requests. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.
Kindly ensure you are fully vaccinated upon check-in. Show your MySejahtera apps to our Front Office staff for verification on your vaccination and health status before check-in. Failure to show your MySejahtera apps, you will be barred from check-in and NO REFUND will be issued. Definition : Fully Vaccinated as per government definition i.e more than 14 days after 2nd dos. The room has no window, the carpet is dusty, the amenities is minimum-it ' s not worthed with the price.

Nice and clean hotel, the barhroom also very wide. I stayed with families and book for 2 rooms, very fast check, need deposit myr 100 for 2 rooms and additional tourist tax mrr 10 per room.

Helpful ramah helpful. But the hotel rooms feel so old, a little bit dark in room corridor. And for me quite creepy.

Nothing to expect. But the service was excellent. The staff handled the problem in a sec. Other facility just so so.

I'm staying with my mom for medical purpose. The location is great, walking distance to my my hospital. You can find a hainam restaurant and 7 eleven 24 hour near the hotel. The aircon is good. The hot water in the bathroom. But, its only 1 elevator so you have to wait if there 's a crowd. The receptionist was great too.

Nice, clean, location is a bit too far from key tourist attraction (around 15-20 minutes walk). There 's bus station across the one way street, which is a bit tricky for return trip.

The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Great location. It near to Loh Guan Lye hospital. Beside the hotel has a pharmacy and it 's so helpful. There're many food there by walking around 5 mins from the hotel. I would stay here again for the next visit.
