Spacious room & bed, has 2 pillows, no balcony, ac-warm water-wifi-TV is ok. No wardrobe/safe-deposit box. Dispenser is outside the room (good if you bring your own tumbler). Right in front of hotel is convenience store, also near with burger stall, breakfast kafe, bus stop, Nasi Kandar, MyDin - strategic location. Receptionist also nice. Thank you!

Stayed for 4D3N for 2 adults. The room is at 3rd floor and need to climb up the stairs after arrived using the lift. The room is bigger than expected - have the big windows, clean toilet, free hair caps, hot water and water dispenser at the corridor. The check in procedure is really nice and fast, a rm 50 deposit is required during check in and will be returned after check out. You can request for the hair dryer if needed. The transportation to Komtar is accessible as there is a bus stop nearby but it's a bit difficult to came back to hotel by bus due to bus routes. And the other things that not really satisfied is it's really hard to find some affordable food/food court when staying at this hotel as we need go to other areas to find some eat. Overall, it's a good experience to stay here and good housekeeping services too.

Good budget hotel. Basic rooms with no frills but clean. Room has use of shared iron and ironing board. Hot and cold water dispenser. WiFi was hit and miss whilst we stayed. Carpets could do with a change. Location is good, walking distance of main attractions and bus stop to the rest of the island near by.

Good: Queen bed for 2 person. The room size is spacious and just the right size for 2. Bathroom is spacious. Pressure water pressure. Helpful receptionist. Nearby places of attraction, bars, restaurants and convenient stores. Bad: No private parking space provided for hotel guests. We have to find our own parking lot. However, there is a parking space opposite the hotel which is provides by 3rd party and it is expensive. We parked at the roadside which is provided by MP. Need to pay the parking fee from 0800-1800 hours on weekdays.

Ordered with double bed room for family with the 1 year son, but got the double decker bed without any notice which is completely uncomfortable. The apps should be honest if the room is not available, do not change while we are checking in because we have no other choices. Not only us, but there were like 4-5 people too felt the same experience.

As soon as you enter the lobby, it smells bad. Kind of smells very strong Indian curry. Especially when we go to the toilet while waiting for the check-in process. Critical. The toilet is dirty and smelly. Receptionist okay. Polite, friendly. But when we got to the room, it turned out that the receptionist gave us a room that wasn't really for us. We ordered 2 (two) rooms, one card couldn't open the door, finally we had to go downstairs again to ask, and it was said the card was an error, finally we had to move to another room. Which is the room, it turned out that the water heater didn't work, we finally took a cold shower. I want to complain and move rooms, I'm lazy and tired because it's already night. Then the other room, it turned out that the AC was pushing against the face and body of the sleeping person. The AC is right in front of the bed, so ask to move rooms. The size of the room is okay, but the room is for two, the bathroom is very small, cramped. This hotel is an old hotel, so yeah. Only the cleanliness of the mattress is okay. The price for the two rooms is very cheap, but for the four rooms, it is very expensive compared to other hotels that have hot water, a kettle for cooking water, a refrigerator, and so on. This one has nothing to do with it. It's a bit annoying, but oh well. already. We think it's okay, just sleep for a few hours, tomorrow morning we have to go to the airport.
