1. Please note that a security deposit of MYR 50 is required upon check-in for incidentals, and is fully-refundable upon check-out and is subject to a damage inspection.
2. Hotel Front Desk operating hours is from 8am - 5pm; Guests are required to proceed Self-Check in upon 5pm till 10pm.
3. Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4 and 5-star hotels, and MYR 2 per room per night for 0 to 3-star hotels. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.

Have to wait more than 20 mins, I have to go to the grocery store to find the reception member's phone number. Staff missing from his desk. Room quite clean, but I think it's not a hotel, a modified shopping store has become a hotel, staff is not friendly at all. I won't come back to this hotel anymore

Staf perempuan gak bagus. Marah marah marah. Tolong ya kasih tau sama dia, saya pun bayar di hotel itu bukan gratis. 3 hari gak ada house keeping, sampah buang sendiri, saya keluar masuk dari kamar dimarahi. Maksud dia apa. Saya bayar ya di situ, bukan gratis. Memang murah tapi saya juga pernah nginap di hotel lebih murah dari situ tapi pelayanan bagus. Jangan nginap di sini untuk berhari-hari karena kamar gak dibersihkan & staf perempuan itu gak ramah. Gak akan mau lagi saya nginap di hotel dengan staf buruk itu.

The bed is big, but parking inside needs to pay, is private parking. Nearby at lot food stall.
