(Please note that UBER is not in service anymore for Southeast Asia countries) • Keep your precious items at safest possible place (At your own risk) • Appreciate to spend some reading time for the housing rules before stay in • Check out our guidebook for top destinations and places for foods • Please inform day before your check in and out time. • Early Check in or late check out subject to availability • Later Check-out Surcharge Fee: RM 30 per hour. • If you are checking out earlier you may place all keys and access card in our mailbox • House Keeping Service: RM100 per visit (By request) • Extra RM 200 deposit will be collected upon arrival and will be refund after guest check out.
