Nor A. A. R. rated it 9.7/10 and gave a review “Fall in love with this hotel once I reached the lobby. The staff welcomes us with a smile and they are so friendly. The room is spacious! The receptionist even accompanies us to the room, and explain details about the room and hotel facilities. Bonus points for this stay; At 6 pm, housekeeping will come to your room to light up the candle at the balcony and aromatherapy in the room! They also wipe off every car window/windshield of the hotel guest! I never experienced this at any 5-star stay. We had a birthday dinner at the hotel, the food was all nice. This hotel is walking distance to Jonker walk and Hardrock cafe.”

Syafiyah M. rated it 10/10 and gave a review “I have a nice and so much pleasure staying here for 2 nights. I asked for high floor room and the room given have other wings view. Though the water hose in the bathroom had a leaking, making the bathrooms floor always wet, it was my mistake to not report it and have it to be handled. The breakfast also was very nice, it had so many range of dish from local to pastry delicacies. And I had unforgettable event where i’m already on another state and realized I had left behind my another car key in the safety box and the management was so kind enough to answer all my queries and do me the favors to find it and have it returned to me. Thank you to the staff intended.”

If you were just inside you would've never figure out that you are still in a city. Stayed her for our 10th wedding anniversary. The hotel upgraded us to a nice deluxe king which was very much appreciated and they even did decorations for us which we replied. Hehe definitely will bring our kids back to this place as its really lovely and cosy.”
Anith H. B. K. rated it 10/10 and gave a review “I had a very great time here. I stayed for a night only during my visit to Melaka for work last week. The hotel is so beautiful. Tiara N. rated it 10/10 and gave a review “The hotel wasn't big but it was quite lovely. Location was great, near Jonker Street. There's a unique lift for max 2 adults. The room layout was great & the facilities were decent, they also provided iron & the ironing board inside the room. Breakfast was made by order & it tasted great. Had a very pleasant stay here.”
Chan C. Y. rated it 10/10 and gave a review “Highly recommended for our positive experience here. The pros: Convenient and accessible location right along Jonker Street and its nearby attractions, 7-11 (with beer sale and ATM). Dedicated onsite car park facility (free for guests, RM20.00 for others). Efficient, pleasant, welcoming staff, welcome drink, daily newspapers, room slippers, simple thoughtful things which makes a traveller's day, comfortable bed and well-kept good size room with convenient amenities of small safe, minibar, kettle with coffee & tea, luggage surface, no breakfast package here, but convenient cafe just next door serves friendly service, good variety and affordable menu. Con: No lifts at this quaint, cozy 2 story building though, so staircase can be tricky to manoeuvre if you have heavy bags, in which case just ask for rooms on the 1st floor. Our room choice was a deluxe (king size bed) on the 2nd floor, stayed just 1N this time, but we'll definitely be a repeat customer.”
Nareswari P. S. rated it 10/10 and gave a review “Love this hotel very much! We stayed at Premium Room river view with Balcony. The mattress was comfy, bathroom was great (love the shower rain and hot water worked properly). Very strategic Location, near Muzium Samudera and other muzium, red building, walking distance to Jonker Walk. Breakfast at Halia Inc was good (not so much variety but I was quite satisfied) and I love the industrial taste of the restaurant.”

Only Few things to improve especially in the bath room. Please make sure all in good condition (toilet cover was gone, bulb fused, words on the wall to clean). I believe that this hotel have a very good potential to be 1 of the famous hotel in Malacca.”
The official language spoken in Melaka is Bahasa Malaysia, but English is widely used as the language of business and technology. The Chinese also use Mandarin and its various dialects and the Indians use Tamil and other Indian languages. The pronunciation is mostly like English, but there are a few differences. As an example, the letter "I" is pronounced with an "ee" sound, except when it ends with "ik" or "ih," in which case it's pronounced like the "a" in "agent." For example, "bilik" (room) is pronounced as "bee-lake."
