Simple matters cannot be coordinated well internally with their hotel staff. Various communications confirmed to allow for check-in at 11.00 am as we booked the hotel for a major function (my daughter 's wedding). Imagine we were declined the early check-in that was promised. Very disappointed with the reasons given and the excuses. Toilet bathtub discharge-not working and room standards below expectation. Will not book this Hotel again and the service is far from expectations.

Does not have hot water after waited for more than 15 minutes as instructed. Because already late at night so did not ask for service. Booked room to have hot bathtub but does not have hot water, although room is big and spacious. Suggest to check the hot water once checked in.

Strategic place, but in my room the water heater is not working well. Maybe as a 5 star hotel, we don't need to wait 15 min. You can use solar panel. The room is big, comfortable. The breakfast is delicious.

Need to q twice for check in … I came 2:48pm but the staff said I need to wait 3pm … and I need to q again the get the card key … really ridiculous. The room, breakfast all OK ….

I had booked a room and paid it advanced. With 2 single beds. What I first got was kingsize one. After arguing quite long, They finally moved me in the room I was paid for. After many excuses we don't have that kind of room at the moment. We can bring extra bed to your current room and so on. Second thing they told me after checked in was the hotel owner had turned to vegetarian. So all food in hotel is only vegetarian. Including the breakfast I already paid. And there was nothing mentioned about this when I booked the hotel. Their solution is I should go have breakfast outside. 🙄 then why I need to pay for that? Hotel owner is not living in this hotel. So why I have suffer from his choices. Well, I surely booked this hotel twice in the same time. My first and my last time in here. I will tell all my friends to avoid this place. Plus I will share my experiences openly in all social media I have. Very very bad experience.

The staffs were very friendly and the room was perfect with a beautiful swimming pool view. The room is clean and comfy too. We even received a surprised birthday cake from the hotel- appreciate it. Thank you so much. The pool is beautiful and large. My daughter enjoyed it very much. Will return for another stay- cation soon.

First we check-in to a room which the shower hander and toilet bulklight was malfunction. Been making call to reception and repair and wait for more than an hour. No technician come and request to change room at 5pm. After numerous follow up call, and the operator phone were not pick up. Until 7pm, we manage to change a better room. Lastly, the hotel free parking to us for the stay.
