Clean room and helpful staffs. Very Near bus station/bangunan ukir sp. Its located in busy road, easy access (by walk) chinese/indian food outlet, have to take grab to go to medan selera/central square for malays/muslim.

The room is clean, the view is nice, very friendly staffs, very convenient place, got water filter station, lots of car park, reasonable price.
