Aircon not cooling, I starting chek in at 2:45 morning in 27/11/22 cause my flight Arive soo late, than request late chek out to the night reception until 3pm cause my next flight is 7pm, I don't mind if extra charge, than night reception said if late chek out compliment is 1 pm, if I late chek out 3pm need extra charge 50rm B'cause every hour carge 25rm/hour, but he said next day in 27/11/2022 is not busy book, soo he give special price 25rm, I am makesure again but he said give special price extended to me. And next day at 12 chek out time, surprise the morning reception call me cause chek out time, I said if already request late chek out until 3pm to night receptionist but she said if she not get info about that, for your information I am working in hotel 20 years, hotel have sistem and all guest info there why you not chek xour system? Even before I arrive I sent email to the hotel according hotel website about my request and not replying until I am chek in funny, OK back again and I said to her if I paid already 25rm for my extended time to night reception already and she said OK OK just it and she have not good attitude, than problem come against in 2pm her call me again and said I should chek out😡🤬I am said again to her if I am paid until 3pm not 2pm, but her angry to me if I many reason, how I have many reasons if I am already paid for until 3 pm, and her said I should chek out or charge again 25RM agai, and I am already tired and her too scary and already explained ebaout night reception price and bill also than her said that not she problem, she just know if I should chek out or pay more fore extended according her manager, OK I am chek out at 2:05 rushing, tha I chek out meet her and her said just it and don't want listen my complain. OK that bad experience bad service and not cool Aircon and angry grumpy reception without communication each other.

Arriving at ACES Hotel, we had trouble not being able to check in because the door could only be opened with a card, our room had to wait just to be opened. I ordered a premiere room with a double bed because staying with children, we were given twin beds with a bed size of 90 x200, so we had to sleep separately and sleep on the floor, no towels, no amneties. Cannot exchange rooms because it is full. Very poor service

Hotelnya di atas plaza di lantai 5, akses makan dekat kemana mana. Bagus, kamar oke, tapi air minum harus beli, nginap semalam kena pajak 10 RM. Pajak ini di luar harga yang tertera di aplikasi

Hotel bersih dan nyaman. Tersedia air isi ulang dan setrika. Pelayanan juga baik. Dibagian luar hanya perlu tambahan akses untuk wheel chair atau untuk tarik-tarik koper, sulit jika naik tangga, lift tersedia untuk naik ke hotel level 5 gedung kota raya. Overall bagus. Lokasi depan Petaling, Akan balik lagi.

Lerak hotel sangat strategis, di daerah Kota Raya dan dekat dengan China Town, banyak tempat makan dan area wisata disekitarnya, juga dekat dengan line transportasi Go KL yang gratis dan beroperasi sepanjang hari. Fasilitas hotel juga sangat memadai, tersedia air minum panas dan dingin, mesin cuci, mesin pengering dan setrika yang dapat digunakan oleh tamu dengan leluasa. Ukuran kamar juga cukup luas dan ada fasilitas connecting door untuk yang bepergian bersama anak (keluarga). Proses check in dan check out yang sangat cepat dan mudah 👍.
