Policy
* For quarantine guests, during the quarantine process at the hotel, guests must follow these regulations:
· Guests are not allowed to leave the room during the 14 night quarantine period
· Guests have to remain at our disposal for temperature checks twice a day (9am and 6pm)
· Guests must wear a mask and wear a respectable attire when opening the door for said temperature checks.
· Guests must report our hotel staff as soon as possible when feeling unwell or if any symptoms occur such as coughing, sour throat, breathing difficulties etc.
· Fresh linen and towels are supplied every 3 days. As the hotel is not allowed to enter the room during quarantine, guests will have to make their own bed
· If guests are unable to make the bed and require our assistance, our housekeeping staff will enter the room with a disposable hazard suit, extra charge will apply to cover for the suits.
· The hotel is a non-smoking hotel. For smoking guests we highly recommend booking a balcony room.
