I had the most pleasant stay in Yuan Garden Pasar Baru Hotel. The staffs, espescially Mbak Layla is super duper humble and helpful. The room was good, foods was delicious. The moment when join celebrating my sister's birthday is just heartwarming. Thank you for your super hospitality. Will comeback soon

Very good hotel and their services is good. Pool quite large, comfy and large room and also very near to Pasar Baru market. The Breakfast need some improve specially in the main course. Overall I enjoyed my stay in Yuan Garden Pasar Baru Hotel. Definitely will come back again. Thanks Yuan

Brand new hotel just recently opened in March 2018. Room amenities are just right. Lots of selection for breakfast, and quite tasty for hotel food to be frank. Overall quite satisfied with my stay here for business trip.

The reception staff always look very serious, rarely smile. Really do not represent the face of the hotel as a front staff. The room is very dusty, toilet smells bad, the area is not nice as well.

hotel was great and have a nice swimming pool, we don't have breakfast cause we don't needed. staff very friendly and important room was great, clean, nice bad and facility at the room really enough. just for parking place little bit effort. but everything was great

Unfortunately, it is undergoing a lot of renovations, so it is a bit dirty. There are some staff and security who are not very friendly. Hotel guests are asked to park on the 5th floor which is still undergoing a lot of renovations and is dusty. When it was free, we wanted to go out following the signs in the parking lot, because there were a lot of project items, so I went down to move the iron because it was blocking my car from going out. Then there were angry workers and said that cars should go through there if they wanted to go out in an impolite tone. If it is not allowed to be passed, give a sign or have someone direct it. There was no one directing it, the parking lot was dusty, plus the workers were annoying.

the location is very close to Pasar Baru, I stayed there when there was a renovation so the parking lot was a bit dusty (especially since I brought small children), then the room was spacious, but the floor was dirty (feet got dirty quickly, then there were still traces of sunflower seeds, and on the last day there were cockroaches), then for breakfast, the 9-course set was mostly finished and there were no refills (like bakpao, even coconut milk for porridge was also not available).. the breakfast place was outdoor so I joined the smoking crowd (for those with small children so it's not very friendly).. the breakfast was also just ordinary.. 🙏🏻

the room smelled of cigarettes. asked to change rooms, the staff gave me the option of just ozone. finished ozone, 2 hours later it still smelled of cigarettes. the bathroom also smelled musty and pee. in the middle of the night the machine was on in the hallway in front of the room which was very noisy until morning. luckily the breakfast food was really delicious. probably won't come back again. not recommended
