Our choice to stay at Yokotel when in Bandung. The hotel is clean, staffs are kind and polite, strategic location. Just the wifi needs to improve 😀🙏🏻

Everything in this hotel was perfect during my stay. Rooms are okay, service is satisfying, get snack vouchers in the form of bread and pop noodles, and the most memorable thing is that all the employees are friendly and polite. After breakfast I saw one of the male officers praying dhuha. So cool.

The first day there was no problem with this hotel, we were even impressed with this hotel, but because there were unfinished business we finally decided to extend at this hotel, we extended it by upgrading the room type from superior to deluxe, it turned out to be a bigger room. worse than the previous room. 1. The air conditioner is very inhumane, it was really hot until we slept sweating, I tried to go out but it turned out that the air outside was even cooler than in the room, I had complained many times but the actions taken were meaningless until we complained many times, finally only given an air cooler which really doesn't help either. 2. The first impression of entering a deluxe room really confused me, upgrading the room hoping to get even better turned out to be worse than the superior room the night before, cleanliness was much worse as well as the bathroom, very dirty, used to shower reminiscent water in the bathroom . 3. The receptionist has no ethics. I have traveled the globe to stay at any star hotel, from 3 to 5 star, and this is the first time I have been yelled at by the receptionist because of the check out time, I am stubbornly following the rules written on the access card, I can check out a maximum of 12.30 but the receptionist is not sure I can and I have to check out before 12 o'clock until I get yelled at, maybe if at that time I didn't bring children, I would have gone down to curse at the receptionist who didn't have an attitude like this. In conclusion, I will not return to this hotel, just the first and the last time. Hopefully this hotel doesn't go bankrupt because consumers are running away because hotel staff are unhelpful and unfriendly like this.

Jadi alternatif pilihan penginapan low cost, kamarnya gak besar, cukup untuk 2 dewasa & 1 anak dengan kondisi kamar yang bersih & nyaman, selain itu tamu juga dapet fasilitas snack (roti & pop mie) untuk sarapan.
