The garden and pool area and sunbeds around are nice and pleasant. The room is big. We had relaxing and peaceful time here. The staff was excellent. Will be back again here.

I was enjoy staying on Deluxe Pool View Room on my holiday. The surrounding of this hotel is quiet and calm, so this is recommended for relaxing after hardwork. The room is clean and good, the facilities are complete and good quality. Receptionist and hotel staff are very humble. We were going to Campuhan Ridge Walk and Ubud Market by walking. Good relaxing for some short vacation! Thank you Traveloka for helping us!

Good things: - I had a really late check-in but the front desk staff was very kind, fast, and helpful - There were complimentary afternoon tea and foot massage, aside from breakfast so it was a nice surprise - The room was clean, spacious, with the AC on when I entered so it was nice and cold - Bathroom is very clean - Bed is comfy to sleep in - They don't offer breakfast buffet but the breakfast fried rice was good - I got a room with a wooden terrace overlooking the garden. It was very nice - Can request breakfast sent to the room by calling the restaurant - Good coffee shop with wifi opposite the hotel - Nice, quiet environment. Very good for relaxing Need improvements: - Wi-fi didn't work. I was assigned wifi Y Resort 3 and it didn't work through my whole stay. A bit disappointed as I wanted to work with my laptop - The cleanliness of the bedsheet could be improved, as I pulled the blanket and saw some hair on the sheet that wasn't mine. Things to know for first time visitors: - Location of this hotel is a bit far from the Ubud center. There is free shuttle bus provided by the hotel within certain schedule that you could see on the front desk - It's a nice 20 minutes walk from Ubud center - The hotel located in a hilly area. Prepare good comfy shoes as you will walk up when you want to come back to your room from Ubud center - I really recommend renting a motor scooter or a car if you stay at this hotel since the location is a bit far from the center of Ubud - The hotel provides a car with a driver to take you from the hotel to Ubud center or Jalan Sayan for IDR 50K - Inform the hotel if you have a late check in.

Overall was good experience. I was checked in late but still get warm welcome also welcome drink. The room is good quite spacious but the bathroom is bit small. Next day I was taking breakfast and I got birthday surprise from the staff. They made tasty pancakes. Thank you team for the nice gesture, really appreciated. The pool is also good, they have kids pool as well. Check in & Check out process was smooth. Cant wait to stay with Y Resort Ubud again.

This is the second time we have stayed at Y Resort Ubud and this time we are inviting our friends and family. The location is very strategic near the Antonio Blanco museum. The staff are very helpful, friendly and responsive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms are also quite spacious and clean. The pool is quite long and clean, the water doesn't contain too much chlorine so it doesn't make the eyes sore. There is a pool for children too. Breakfast is pretty good, but nothing special. The atmosphere of the hotel makes it calm and relaxed, lots of trees and the sounds of insects that make you relax. There is also a gazebo that can be used for leyeh-leyeh without being exposed to sunlight.

The service of the staff is friendly, there is a fish pond too my son happened to like to see the fish, it's just a bit dirty. So it needs to be cleaned so that the fish are all visible, the pool is clean there for the kids too. There is only a lack of emergency clinics to handle the guests' urgent conditions.
