There is no front desk at this property. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The host will greet guests on arrival.

Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
