An unpleasant experience, the day before I tried to call the number listed on the reservation and it was never active at all. So I had to guess where the tower room we rented was located. The experience at the tower was also very unpleasant, they said that in fact it was not allowed to rent out units to other people, which I didn't know at all and the officers seemed to blame us, plus the officers were not friendly at all. It is not recommended to stay here, hopefully you can select more tenants like this.

Previously the stay was okay. This time, very disappointed. Dirty is not playing. Bandages and food scraps that have rotted with caterpillars. So worry about the sheets and others. I was going to stay again for 24-26. Cancel! That's disgusting. The clean-up section was reprimanded, even though there was no response! Poor!

This hack is hard. U residence Karawaci apartment has 4 towers. There is no phone number that can be contacted. So forced to go to tower 1 by 1.

The apartment is very okay and strategically coupled with the atmosphere of Lippo Karawaci which makes it look like abroad and very comfortable. The most interesting timing is in the morning, the window of the room facing directly into the golf course is full of fog. So it feels like I am above the clouds. Okay, hmm, unfortunately, the service from the owner is still lacking, because we lack drinking water and don't respond quickly. Overall okay.

I was cheated and the reservation was paid in full. Outline and show, But after my location the phone was not picked up and was difficult to reach. When I call, the information is never installed. 100% - rich disappointed I da family finally got a new reservation at another hotel for 2 nights. Rooms are comfortable, clean, cleaning services come every day to clean rooms, comfortable environment, paste with malls, anything close. Just help the owner / anyone who is in the bio cheat, in the future it's faster for the customer response, if it's friendly, I think the customer will want to come back again. Overall all good and recommended.

The location is good, the place is comfortable, the facilities are good but when I see the ad there is no mention of the type of room (studio) and the room photos displayed are not all the same as the actual room (expectations are spacious but in fact studio type), but overall for good. Next want to go there again but are considered with the needs and activities not for family vacation.

The location and convenience of U Residence rooms are okay, but there is no free parking, so you have to pay the normal tariff for Supermall Karawaci parking, 1 x 24 hours Rp 30,000
