Overall bagus banget, cuma ada catetannya nih. Airnya kurang jernih, keliatan di closet itu kuning pas di flush, dan kedap suaranya diperbaiki, karena suara orang dari luar dan kamar sebelah terdengar jelas, jadi agak mengganggu istirahat. Sama 1 lagi, sarapan kurang variatif. Standar. Kalo dari kamar super mewah, kamar mandi super mewah, lobby mewah. Tingkatkan terus pelayanannya ya 😊.

Staf hotel ramah-ramah, staf arena bermain ramah-ramah. Spa nya nyaman dan harganya murmer banget dibanding spa di hotel-hotel laen. Arena main anak banyak, dan free. Dari hotel dapet tiket arena main free, dari tempat makan samping (kraving) juga dapet free arena main. Arena main nya ada mandi bola, naik kuda poni, naik kereta, main mobilan, permainan virtual, kolam renang. Puas. Deh anak main di sana.
