As you very well mentioned, our Suites with 62m2 are really spacious and of course, perfectly clean. We have also a very large swimming pool which is perfect for those who like the water and refresh from the hot weather. As for the towels and the linen, we also want to be mindful with our sustainability efforts; So our protocol is to change them every 3 days unless you specifically request a change. So, if you want your towels to be changed everyday we can certainly do so, but we also encourage our guests to request for change only when is needed so they can also contribute to a more sustainable and eco-friendly Bali. We thank you for your review, and we look forward to see you back again!

Overall It's a great experience! Especially if you want to stay with family, it has a huge pool, the deluxe room had a pantry and of course you can request cuttleries they can provide it for you! Big salute to Evan and Vinna for assist my family during the stay period, they give us tons of help and super fast! Definitely will be back soon!

The worst staycation ever. We arrived at 4pm. They said our room was ready, and a room boy took us to our room. And when we were there, there was some maintenance activity just in front of our room door, that was get in the way. When we enter the room, we are very surprised to saw that everything was dusty and dirty. Not only the hallway, but everything, it looks like the room was falling apart. Then we called the reception and asked them was it possible to switch room, but instead they offer us to clean our first room on the spot. It doesn't make any sense for us, because it was too dirty to be clean in short time. So we walk all the way back to the lobby again, with 3 kids, and fyi its far. After some arguing with the reception, they finally gave us a new room, which is cleaner, and I guess, it was ready too at the same time they gave us the first room. In the second room, it turns out, there was no hair drier nor kitchenettes that were part of room facility. Then again we call the reception. After a while some girl came to our room and bring some so-so kitchen utensils. 1 spoon 2 forks, 3 plates, 3 bowls, a pan, and a wok. All dirty and smelly. Our room is supposed to be for 4 adults. What's with all the numbers of the kitchen utensils. 1 spoon to fork? We have to take turns or what? It was a total joke. Not to mention a human dirt spot on the toilet. That is so gross. The service was horrible too, you will get no greetings or a smile if you are not a foreigner. We even have to take a long line for breakfast too. Again with no smile or greetings from the staffs, while I saw them greets and smile to a foreigner. It was the worst staycation ever. Never coming back nor recommend it to friends.

Dear Poppy,
I think your review may be misleading for other readers and must be clarified. Your original room was actually ready by the time of your check-in, with the coincidence that the section of the corridor in front of your room we were doing some urgent maintenance works for the comfort of our guests. Those works unavoidably caused some dust in the corridor next to your room and when walked through, you and your family carried on the shoes the dust into your room, that is the reason why you thought it was dirty.
To be fair, I think we could have managed better the situation and explained to you that we needed a few minutes to wipe the corridor dust to avoid the situation to happen. However, we reacted quickly and effectively by offering another room - even with high occupancy.
As for the "argument" with the reception, the person who is writing this review witnessed exactly what happen and you were speaking (yelling actually) in a very high tone and pointing your finger to our receptionist (who wasn't at fault for the situation and did not deserved to be treated so bad). But even if our staff is sometimes treated with harsh words, they keep their professional and friendly attitude to everyone (Indonesian or not). No matter how disappointed or frustrated you were, it is not justified and it's unacceptable to yell at the staff. In any case, we do not treat foreigners better or differently, they are all our guests and are treated equally in all aspects because hospitality is in our heart.
What we certainly need to apologize and it was our mistake, is not having the kitchen utensils box perfectly set up for a large family. There was a misunderstanding and our staff took the standard box for a double occupancy room instead for the two bedroom suites. It was a simple human error.
As for the lines in the breakfast, you may be aware that on the day of your stay, we had around 500 guests coming all at the same time, despite the advisory letter that we left in your room warning that from 08:00-08:30 there may be many people and is better to come before or after. This is a situation (full occupancy very unusual and any hotel may experience some operational bottle necks when everyone wants to use the same service at the same time).
As for the photos, we don't recognize anything in them that tell us that can be our hotel, but as we explained, the dust of your first room was carried by your own shoes.
We are honestly sorry for your experience in the hotel, we will certainly strive to do better when things are under our full control.
