Strategic location, located in a developing housing complex. Old but clean accommodation with complete in room facilities (saving box, refrigerator, cupboard, hot shower, electric water kettle, queen size bed). Wait a little longer while check-in but the staffs were friendly. Small parking lot is intended for bikes only, but if you are using car, you can park on sides of the building.

It was a good experience! The staff is really friendly, and the room it surprisingly comfortable. The small pool it's a good place to chill and unwind.

Actually I kind of love this hotel its on strategic place and near with beach and cafe, the room so big and comfy the prob is the toilet, its kind of dirty, overall good hotel

I was quite convince with the reviews, so here's what I experienced: 1. At the balcony there was a cat/dog poop, it was so stinky, and I need to ask the staff to clean it. 2. Bathroom was damp, mold smells. You need to push the jet washer first if you want to flush the toilet. The pressure of the water in the shower was inconsistent. Hot/Cold water running at the same time, so confusing. 3. TV's didn't work at all. 4. WiFi? Ha, don't expect it. They use CBN, barely had a network inside the room, even though with your phone's network connection. WiFi only working outside the room. Can't work inside the room at all. 5. Duct tape much behind the table. 6. Broken spring bed. For 3 nights, I barely slept. 7. Green swimming pool. Yep, you read that right. 8. Water stopped. Full stopped. No water for pee, nor even shower. 9. On the last night I stayed, leaking from the bathroom to the bedroom, thank God I didn't have any cables left on the floor when this happened, dangerous! The only thing that great was their staff, that was it. I'm beyond disappointed.

The staff are super friendly. However, the room itself was not maintained very well, most of the things looked old and rusty. It wasn't very clean either when we just checked in. Bed sheets and towels were also full of stains. If I hadn't paid the full amount for a 2 weeks stay I would have looked for another hotel.

Bad experience ever! Already booked for 4 night and unable to refund (I would do it if possible). The good thing is the location only (kind of inside a resident area in petitenget so it is quiet and calm). Other than that, everything is really bad. It's an old hotel, that's why the facilities are in a bad condition. They said they already checked the room for us but turns out the flush didn't work, the shower is broken, and at the end of the day the pipe of the toilet is broken somehow (it flood the bathroom). Even the staffs are friendly but they are not smart and do "problem solving" quickly. Please do quality control for your property! There's a lot of negative reviews here in google but too bad for me I didn't see the red flag beforehand! Shame on you!

Hi Glen, thank you for the feedback. Currently we are in the refinement stage in our unit. 2years our hotel was closed because of the pandemic and it really needs refining. The towels available are very dirty and worn. The bed sheets had lots of spots. Smelly scented pillows. The air conditioner was not cold. The duty officers are just interns who are not equipped with the hotel manager's telephone number so complaints are not responded. A casual breakfast is available after 8am

Clean and nice rooms, strategic location, friendly staff. I don't know if I'm lucky or what, because reading the previous comments there are a lot of complaints about this. Next time you can come here again 😬.

The best Kanjeng Suites Petitenget! the staff is friendly, the hotel is very clean, the strategic location is easy to find, all notes when ordering in the apps are accepted by the hotel, the staff of The Kanjeng Suites Petitenget are always healthy.

The most recommended vacation/work place in Canggu in my opinion, with very good and friendly service, the atmosphere is cool, peaceful, quiet.
