I like the new hotel ambiance, clean bed, cozy room. I like the breakfast menu. Hopefully they will sweep the floors around the lift and stairs.

Tempatnya bagus, fasilitas bagus, minusnya kebersihan kurang seperti lobby, lorong kamar, lift kotor tidak disapu & lantai kamar seperti tidak disapu. sepertinya minim karyawannya karena minta sesuatu lama sekali harus ekstra sabar menunggu& sering menanyangkannya kembali.

Hotel ini dekat dari banyak cafe di area gunung, cocok buat yang senang melihat Kuningan dari atas. Sayangnya memang tempat ini lumayan terbuka, jadi kalau hujan pun serba basah dan nampaknya kurang staff untuk membersihkan lantai kotor. Di sana juga banyak lalat, mungkin karena area sekitarnya banyak tanaman. Sarapannya biasa saja, tapi mungkin ini sudah cukup baik untuk standar hotel bintang 4 di kuningan. Parkirannya kecil, jadi yang baru bisa nyetir mobil dan mobilnya besar atau panjang, harap hati-hati. Semoga ke depannya bisa ada perbaikan dari segi perluasan hotel dan makanan.

Kamarnya bersih. Kira-kira menginap masuk di 00.30 karena awalnya ngecamp, anak-anak gak bisa tidur karena banyak serangga akhirnya memutuskan untuk pindah hotel di tengah malam. Akhirnya bisa tidur nyenyak.

The employees are friendly, the front desk receptionist is also very friendly for just ordinary rooms. Standard. There is no glass in the room. The food is pretty good.

Friendly service, every time you meet employees in the hotel area they are always greeted. For the first time staying at the Icon Hotel, it was an accident because we were traveling from Majalengka with my husband who was going to Arunika until we finally got sleepy and we checked in here. As for the overall service, it's ok, the rooms are also clean, smell good, it's just that there is no glass and there is only one in the bathroom sink. The restaurant service took a very long time, we ordered food and waited almost an hour for it to be delivered to our room. The cleanliness of the hotel area is still lacking because I saw that there were dirty dishes scattered near the stairs area. The neatness is still lacking, because this hotel is still new and not yet 100% under construction. But I am sure that when it is 100%, this hotel will become an icon according to its name Icon Hotel, because this hotel is located above the city of Kuningan, which is close to the tourist attractions that are currently popular, namely Arunika and Botanika.

The room smells really bad, the toilet smells. I think there is something wrong with the toilet, because the water channel is small so just taking a short shower will cause a lot of floating. I asked to change rooms because the room smelled really bad, when I entered the other room it also smelled bad. Even though it says the hotel is new, it doesn't look like new. Sleeping in a room that smells like a toilet is a very unpleasant & uncomfortable experience.
