Kamarnya sebenarnya lumayan nyaman tapi kebersihan kurang dan banyak debu. AC sepertinya kurang dibersihkan akibatnya anak sy kambuh alerginya. Pintu shower agak turun jadi sulit utk ditutup padahal full kaca, jadi ngeri. Resepsionis kurang ramah.

Kata receiptionist, karena yg nginep dikit jd breakfast di antar ke kamar. Makanan ga sesuai sm foto yg ditunjukin receiptionistnya. Dingin dan ga ada rasanya. Kebersihan lumayan tp byk kerak2 noda terutama di kamar mandi. Kamar ga dingin, AC ga berasa. Banyak nyamuk juga.

The room quite spacious, bed is comfy, the room and hotel is clean, the service is fast and helpful, me and my kid love the bathtub, the hotel interior is amazing. The only reason why I can't give 5 star is because the breakfast was terrible. I try 2 days breakfast. The omelette and porridge is plain. Not even have a little taste. The fried noodle is super salty oh my God, and the rest of the menus is not even better than street food. I'm a little bit struggling give my kid breakfast cause she didn't like it for the first time ever since I'm staycation in many hotel. I'm sorry but this is dissapointing. Many street food cooking better than the chef. But I give applause to all fruits they present. Fresh and different than most hotel I've ever come. Maybe I will book the room again without breakfast.

The room is pretty big and beautiful, but there were some cockroaches in the bathroom and the bedroom. The breakfast has many choices but the taste is lacking.

TV at the room use an android TV but the internet connection was poor, I can't enjoy the TV.- The breakfast not prepare well, at that time the occupancy was high. But the restaurant can not prepare & manage well. Many food already finished and they can not full fill it. Bathroom is use a bath tub, but the water is not hot. I book 4 room for staycation with my family, but that 3 points above can make us fail yo enjoy the staycation.
