It spacious & at the heart of Petitenget. Looks this hotel was made for executive & formal occasions. Yet, since it is in the covid19 pandemic period, the hotel is not so bright clean. You have to manage your expectation. With this excellent location & spacious, complete with pool, gym, hairdryer & fridge, you only pay for $25/night is such a great value for a stay. No need to upset/complain if you have some minor/less than your expectation. Appreciate them, as they just try to “reborn”

I'll start by saying the staff are kind. But kindness doesn't allow you to have a comfortable stay at a hotel. I had to leave immediately because: the room doesn't look like the picture. The room smelt so stale it gave me a headache. There was dust. it was so stained that it didn't look or feel clean (I'm not sure which one). The bed sheets were damp and stained significantly.- it was so loud you can hear word for word anyone 10-20metres away outside. Only 2 pillows given. I asked for an extra pillow and it smelt so stale and was dirty, only 1 toilet roll given. My stay was ‘discounted’, so it was ‘non-refundable’. They refunded me 4 out of 5 nights but still charged me for one, as a ‘cancellation fee’. $60 AUD to get a headache from the smell. The gym was so dirty and equipment looked dangerously old, as did the whole building. Sorry but this place needs to reduce its prices or invest money into it to improve it. I'll repeat the staff were very kind. I will say I refused the offer to get upgraded. Because I didn't trust the hotel after

IMHO, the mainstay of The Capital Hotel is that the rooms are clean & the location of the hotel is very strategic. Room: The air in the room feels clean, not humid, not dusty. Clean, comfortable, and big mattress. The bathroom was also clean. There are also 2 shower options (regular & waterfall models) and the most essential is a hair dryer. For the rooms, the rooms are very spacious & minimalist but modern. The only minus is for the soap pump which is a bit rusty & the bidet spray is a bit rusty / discolored, then the cleaning service is also a bit late but that's understandable because the hotel is fully loaded so maybe the staff is tired. For the restaurant, it was informed that it was not operating yet so I couldn't eat directly at the restaurant, it could only be via telephone to the receptionist & the food was in a box form (but I didn't order this & the room didn't include breakfast, so cmiiw). Location: Next to the hotel there is a famous mini market in Bali. Opposite the hotel there is a bakery, and along the Petitenget route, you can walk around looking for cafes, restaurants, or souvenir places. Very strategic!☺️. Plus points for the very friendly staff, when we came to check-in we were given welcoming drinks & at check-out we were in a hurry because it was almost late for the flight and the staff were very helpful for the check-out process. Thank you The Capital🙏🏼. Suggestion: For the lobby maybe it can be made a bit lighter because honestly it looks dark. If you wish, maybe you can provide an option for early check-in / in the morning around 08.00 / 09.00.

Book a room in the deluxe pool access where the connecting room is no longer available but finally moved to an executive room that can connect, and the room is very spacious and there is even an artificial garden on the terrace. It's just that the breakfast menu is expected to be more varied & varied. Compared to the breakfast menu at other 4-star hotels in Seminyak, the menu here is relatively small. But the staff is very kind & friendly.

Saya menginap 3 hari 3 malam. Kamar luas dan bersih. Tiap hari di bersihkan. Saya dapat free massage dengan suami masing-masing 15 menit, tapi suami gak ambil jadi saya ambil 30 menit, lumayan. Overall semua bagus sesuai expectation. Tapi maaf saya ada masukan sedikit mengenai breakfast, bagi saya kurang. Karena kemarennya saya menginap di hotel lain daerah Tuban, dengan harga yang lebih murah tapi breakfast nya enak dan lengkap (american breakfast).

Lokasi strategis, lobby bagus, pelayanan kurang ramah. Kualitas kamar dibawah standard hotel bintang 4. Beberapa furniture sudah tidak layak pakai. Lantai kamar mandi kotor sekali. Yang bagus cuma area lobby. Kamar biasa saja, kebersihan kurang, sprei dan selimut bikin gatal sampai saya kasih alas untuk tidur, kolam renang tidak terawat banyak sampah dauh kering di dalam kolam bangunan sudah banyak bolong-bolong atap bagian lantai paling atas terlihat dari kolam, sarapan sangat sedikit variasinya untuk hotel sekelas bintang 4 makanannya pagi-pagi sudah habis dan refillnya lama.
