Khách sạn nằm ở khu vực yên tĩnh, rỗng rãi, sạch sẽ. Dù là khách sạn lâu đời nhưng trang thiết bị nội thất tốt, hiện đại. Có 3 hồ bơi rất sạch sẽ rộng rãi. Đồ ăn sáng tạm, vị trí hơi xa trung tâm

Kamar luas, menu breakfast ok terutama buahnya segar dan baru. Cuma tampaknya kurang karyawan jadi hotel bagus tapi perawatan tidak maksimal

Bedroom oke, bathroom oke, breakfast sangat mengecewakan. Pilihan makanan tidak banyak, kebersihan juga sangat kurang. Ada semut di piring saya dan beberapa cucian tidak bersih. Untuk ambil sosis saja harus order dulu dan lama sekali di buatnya. Bikin omelette, dan scrambled egg juga sangat lama sampai sudah selesai breakfast. Sepertinya kekurangan staff. Jujur baru kali ini saya breakfast di hotel dan sosisnya tidak prasmanan. Kemudian biasanya ada staff yang keliling untuk mengambil piring kotor dengan cepat, tapi kemarin staff sepertinya hanya 1 orang sehingga piring kotor sampai numpuk di meja makan saya. Selain itu, tidak di sediakan tissue. Jadi untuk tissue saya harus minta dulu ke staff nya. Saya juga kecewa karena sudah pencet tombol sign dari jam 09.00 untuk minta dibersihkan kamarnya, ternyata sampai jam 15.00 sore belum dibersihkan. Setelah saya tegur, baru dibersihkan. Setelah dibersihkan, handuk tidak di ganti dan tidak diberikan keset. Jadi kamar mandinya becek-becek dan menyebabkan bau (maaf saya sangat tidak bisa toleransi dengan bathroom yang becek-becek, dan bau. Itu membuat saya sangat tidak nyaman) Kemudian untuk welcoming drink, sangat jorok sekali. Saya mau ambil gelas tapi ternyata di bagian rak gelas yang harusnya bersih, isinya gelas bekas orang pakai dan tidak ada 1 pun gelas bersih yang tersisa. Sungguh di sayangkan, padahal staff sangat ramah, dan hotelnya sendiri pun memiliki kolam renang dan view yang bagus, hotel juga menyediakan shuttle gratis ke Dreamland Beach. Hanya saja sayang sekali kebersihannya sangat kurang dan breakfast nya juga sangat kurang.

The room were very big. The view is not so nice from the hotel room, but outside its nice.

Beautiful place and view. The staff is nice, she accommodated my request to move to the room on the higher level. Great and big swimming pool. Nice jogging track. Good for staycation.
