Overall happy to stay here, but need to be serious on gym facility, otherwise don't put the gym on you advertisement, the treadmill under mentain, for how long? Food is good, chef is friendly, staff also friendly, nice room but small and clean. Near to airport.

The room was spacious, everything working, hot water, AC, the view however was poor, the only window showing a roof on the hotel side, when the hotel location is in the middle of rice fields.

Initially, I was hesitant to book a well-known hotel, afraid that the price would not suit my pocket. It turns out that at an affordable price you can get the facilities available at a 4 star hotel. With a location near the airport, it is recommended for those in transit. 1. Clean hotel. 2. The service is really good. 3. The facilities are very satisfying. 4. Affordable prices, facilities like 4 stars? Only available at Swiss BellCourt Lombok. 5. There are unexpected policies that will be provided by the Hotel Management. 6. The view from the swimming pool is good. Recommended.

Please allow us to inform you that the voucher we received from Traveloka stated non-smoking room and coincidentally the Grand Deluxe room type you ordered is not available as a smoking room, however we have a balcony and smoking room in another room type, namely the Deluxe room. Moreover, we will always try to provide better service at the next opportunity. Thus, we are waiting for your return to Swiss-Belcourt Lombok. Sincerely, Iwan.

Not bad, but in my room there were lots of crickets coming into the room area, asking several guests, there were lots of them, it seemed like they weren't sprayed with insect repellent when the guests were staying.
