Infonya kamar mandi dalam dan ada AC ternyata dikasih kamar yang sepetak dan kamar mandi luar ditambah ga ada AC. Udah gitu kamarnya sumpek bau diminta ke pegawainya pengharum ruangan malah dibilang ga ada dan belum diorder.

I checked in late around 6 PM on a Friday. The room & en suite bathroom looked exactly as in the picture. Clean room, clean sheet & even new thick & white hotel-grade towel with a good new big hotel-style pillow, albeit some lingering slight smell of someone smoking inside the room. The shower had some hot water, which is a plus for such a low rate even though the water pressure was not much. There was a TV of a not-really-good analog reception showing national stations' broadcasts. The AC was more of a fan because it couldn't produce the AC-cold air and the remote control didn't make much difference to the temperature, only the speed of the fan. The staff was friendly & provided a good service of reassigning back the room to me & changing the sheet & blanket of the room, after the initial oops they made of giving away the room to other (walk-in) customer without considering that I paid in full in advance using the app or without contacting me to reconfirm my reservation. Had to argue my case to win back the room & waited at the reception-desk area for a bit for them to ready the room for me. Overall, I would book this hotel again as it was at Jl. Dipati Ukur near Sekeloa & my old campus.

Dirty, bad air circulations, bugs everywhere, poor staff attitudes. I'm checking out in just only 2 hours. Strongly not recomended.

I got a room that was better than before I stayed. AC, TV and clean bathroom.

The place is okay, payment is the same as in the application and no additional money is needed. The lack of AC just doesn't turn on so it's stifling.

The AC doesn't work well. Please pay attention in the future.

For that price, it's really cheap, it's just that the air conditioner didn't work yesterday, so it just got hot. The bathroom is outside too. I think it's more suitable for boarding children, they don't give towels or maybe we have to ask, right? But it's okay to put a bag just fine, access to everywhere is good too.

The facilities are according to the price, the receptionist is good, communicative, informative, if you stay here the room is not available with AC, it will be replaced with a room with an attached bathroom, in my room the window couldn't be closed so I tied it myself.

Luckily the price is okay. If you're lucky, you'll get an ensuite bathroom

No air conditioning, bathroom inside. But not too hot. Is it because I'm tired 😅 there's only 1 power plug.
