Sun Royal Bali

I stayed on 21-12-2023, as soon as I entered it started to feel a bit strange, the building didn't seem to be maintained, like the elevator was dirty, all the handprints looked like they hadn't been wiped for a week and the hotel reception staff were careless and the waiters weren't proper. I still remain positive. When I entered the room it smelled musty and the bathroom was slippery and the sheets were dull and the walls had lots of graffiti and it didn't take long for the cockroaches to come out. Immediately panicked and decided to run away early in the morning, if you can ask for a refund, get a refund. It's really really messy. Hotels may have simple facilities, it all depends on price. But it is illegal if it goes as above, cleanliness is a mandatory service.
