Studio Room at Apartment Suhat Malang (RIS II)

Dari awal datang pelayanannya sudah sangat tidak baik dan tidak simpatik (hanya memikirkan duit saja). Saat masuk kamar, kamarnya sangat kotor, tidak terawat, kumuh, lembab, baru masuk saja sudah gatal-gatal karena kondisi tersebut, kasurnya apalagi gatel banget gak dibersihin, sofanya banyak bercak-bercak gajelas, di jendela banyak kotoran hitam-hitam, di kasur dan meja banyak semut halus yang hampir tidak terlihat mata. Saya dapat di kamar 901. Sangat tidak rekomen! Bahkan saya pesan 3 hari tapi cuma ditempati beberapa jam karena tidak kuat dengan suasana yang ada.

Hot water is lacking. Rooms are a bit stuffy too.

The admin is very friendly, it's also clean, all facilities can be done, stove, ac, tv, water heater, refrigerator, only the security guard at the reception is really fierce

The place is clean comfortable the view is also good.

Not bad, but pay more attention to cleanliness.

Small towels, no drink, check-in is too complicated and parking is calculated at the stay rate.

The condition of the room did not match expectations, the room was dirty, the furniture was broken, the room smelled bad, the wallpaper was peeling off, the sheets and sofa had lots of stains, how would we want to rest in such conditions? I didn't have time to take pictures because I was disappointed & that same night we immediately checked out with no compensation whatsoever.

Lokasi strategis. cocok utk tmpt istirahat. pelayanan bagus.
