The hotel is actually nice. Good location, spacious and pretty clean rooms (at least compared to other similarly priced hotels), garden and swimming pool and stuff like that. Would be awesome if not for a bunch of small details. No wall sockets actually available to use. One used by TV on the wall opposite to bed and table, another one above the sink, very high and also too far away. And of course the room was not like the one advertised on the photos, with two bed lamps beside the bed. So I went to ask if they could arrange a power strap with long cable, and the fun began… Wicked smell of naphthalene balls - they showed me another room instead, but I had to run from there in ten seconds because of the smell. They put me in another room then, which was booked by other guests, by obviously later putting those guests in my initial room. Staff hanging around, talking and laughing close to guest rooms, thankfully not all day long and not during the night, but still. Wifi is barely usable, even in front, on the ground floor and close to the restaurant. It can work well for 10 minutes, but then have a glitch for another 5 until it gets back to normal. Very frustrating if you're trying to use internet. Very dark bathroom. I caught myself a few times walking in during the day and trying to switch on the light that was already on. Come on, if you are so concerned about power consumption, put a 7-watt LED bulb instead of that 10-12 watt fluorescent one (ugly cold white of course), and it will produce more light and still save you some money on long term. Back window in my room's bathroom was sealed from outside, so no ventilation in bathroom other than through the room. Ridiculously overpriced coffee. I booked a room without breakfast, so I was paying for my food. This was fine, because I could choose what I actually wanted. But in the end they asked 10K for a cup of coffee that I poured myself from a bowl — something that is free or just very cheap in other hotels.

Sayang Beach Hotel is located in a strategic position between Kuta Beach and Jalan Legian. With this strategic position, everything is enough on foot. Complete facilities and satisfying services make our family feel happy like staying at a 5 star hotel. Comfortable place, friendly hotel security guard, fast response if there is a complaint

For cheap price, friendly service, wifi is okay. The pillows smell a bit. But overall it's okay.

Quite comfortable, the AC is cold and the water is small and WiFi does not reach the room. Even though the price is not up to 200, it's ok.

First time arrived, when I checked in I received a welcome drink. The receptionis are really friendly, but maybe if there is a special request, it is rich late check out, it can be informed in advance if there is a chargeback fee. So checking every guest is there any special req in the application, or maybe it can be directly inputted in the application if the late check out costs, so it is more practical too. The room is spacious, the bed is also spacious but the sound, the lights are too dim, the bathroom is fine. The point is that in the room you don't like it, and there's no signal if it's in room 303. Then there are also a few times when you want to sleep there is noise on the top floor :( Make the breakfast delicious. if walking.

The place and atmosphere are comfortable, the facilities are also good and complete, but the staff is not friendly.
