Back again!! Yes! The kids were so happy staying at this treehouse. Giving them a new experience. Last visit was on May 2020 but we came back on Jan 2021. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone with curiosity. This hotel went to extra miles to cater my family's needs.

This is my first time trying a caravan and it seems like my expectations are high. We stayed in caravan number 3. Minuses: Space is a bit narrow to move around in the room, it's definitely damp and understandable, for a 1 night stay it's still okay. The sliding door is really noisy and hard to slide, it needs to be lifted a little so it can move smoothly. The toilet is a bit jammed so the lid has to be lifted before it can be flushed. I didn't dare to use the striped pillows, they were musty hehe. Pluses: All hotel employees are friendly and cooperative, when complaining about smelly pillows they immediately responded. The food is really delicious at the restaurant. The kids are happy with the facilities in front of the caravan. All the minuses are covered by the service and view that have no cure. Hopefully in the future the facilities in the caravan can be improved again.

The hotel staff is very friendly. It's not scary at night, the kids actually enjoy walking around looking for the owl statue. Those who don't bring a car can also use a buggy around the hotel.

so much fun.. the air is really cool, the food is quite varied and delicious.. unfortunately I arrived at 3 pm and had to finish breakfast because I had to go home.. it was too long on the road and it was hard to find a Grab that would take me here because it was far.. maybe next time I can check in early

grand bungalow comfortable room but lots of mosquitoes Because it's in the forest, BS asked for mosquito repellent. staff quickly DTG handled the problem. Friendly.

5 Stars!!! It was a great stay at Safari Resort. I stayed on a long weekend, booked tickets almost 2 months in advance. Stayed in Caravan 02, in front of the lake, there is a swing. That night we also ate at the Caravan restaurant. Don't forget to buy a ticket for 170k per person for 2 days visiting Taman Safari. Worth the money!

Overall good, just a shame the swimming pool is cold, with the temperature at the top being super cold so the kids canceled swimming. Hopefully in the future there will be changes, come back there with a warm pool, so the kids will feel at home.

The place is okay, but the phone call instructions are still slow, I tried to order from a restaurant but it took a long time to call but no one answered, I complained that the terrace lights were not turned on even though it was Maghrib, so it was scary and the children were scared, I tried calling again and the instructions were 1123, but it turned out that the person who answered was the children, so I had to go to the receptionist quite far away, when I got to the receptionist, the operator said 0, but it was different from the instructions on the phone, the top child's bed had come off, we stayed in caravan 24

plus minus, the hotel and its facilities are just ordinary for this price, but because the main goal is to go to TSI, so it's easiest to stay here. even though the room without AC is already cold, the TV is not clear, going up and down the stairs is healthy. the important thing is the kids are happy.
