5 Stars Hotels in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia

Stay here 3 nights, Many things need to be improve. Room was spacious, Aircon cool but I got a dull bed cover and bed sheet (stain here and there), not-white towel, dusty-miserable bed side lamp, electricity up & down while I am sleeping, super slow internet connection in room, I also can hear someone snoring next door. I only try breakfast once because tasteless, cold dish on hot station. Even local nasi kuning have much better quality. Staff in egg station don't know what "sunny side up" is. I think the owner of BW Palu need to invest in refreshment of linen, towel, equipment, and proper maintenance to make this hotel in a good shape again. I see BW Palu as a busy hotel means good performance in terms of financial but lack of maintenance and refreshment of the property. Will I come back? Definitely a big no, if you just keep it as it is without any refreshment. Please do some care with your property to make BW Palu better again. I have been here before, but not with this current condition.

Pertema check in sudah ga bagus pelayanan diakhir sudah dipesan minta drop bandara katanya iya pas check out dibilang ga ada padahal sdhbdibilang ada diawal dan bayar 50rb, kamarnya di 9525 paling bawah pengap handuk tdk ada diminta lama datengnya jadi males minta lain2 sikat gigi semua alat mandi cm satu padahal dikamar berdua dan dua mlm tempat sabun mau pada lepas isinya pun TDK ada suruh dibersihkan ditinggal keluar kembali lagi sore ternyata TDK dibersihkan juga, mau sarapan lift mati naik tangga lumayan 3lt. Sarapan pertama hanya org tertentu yg dilayani. Tp gpp lah sadar diri aja siapalah saya. Padahal sy bukan pertama di swisbell Luwuk dlu pernah complain masakan trus baru dilayani dgn baik dan diminta koment yang baik hadeeh. Ternyata skr LBH parah. Pertanyaan saya apakah jika booking via Traveloka dipastikan selalu dpt kamar dipaling bawah dan pasti diserambi kanan? Jika dr pintu masuk? Krn setiap sy book via Traveloka selalu dikasih kamar area situ klo bagus dan bersih baik lah ini Wakwaw.
