Stayed 2 nights. 1 night in a room with 2 mattresses. The lights are all off. There is no water heater or it doesn't turn on. Finally moved but only got there the next day. The lights are all on. The water heater is on. But after trying 2 rooms, the condition of the rooms was all dirty. I won't come here anymore if I have office work anymore 😭

Staff hotel ramah, ada fasilitas lift, saya menginap saat bulan Ramadhan ada tambahan paket sahur & takjil hanya dengan tambahan biaya 30 ribu rupiah. Air hangat dapat digunakan, hanya saja di kamar yang saya dapat stiker air dingin tertukar dengan stiker air hangat. Lantai kamar mandi sedikit licin, kamar sedikit bau rokok, handuk dan sandal hotel juga tidak diberikan. Sisanya oke semua, rekomended. Mohon jika kamar free asap rokok diberi keterangan larangan merokok. Terima kasih.
