Super OYO 1876 Fortuna Residence

This is the worst hotel I ever been in its price range. Then the bedroom is unlikely cleaned except the bed and few floors side. The morning after, the shower did not work due to the water problem, I wait two hours just for water to works. There are two receptionist, one is decent man and other one just straight ignorant.

Booking at Traveloka for this inn. Because the location is close to Pasteur or the cihampelas route, Dago, Setiabudi, Sukajadi and others. Well, as we know, the heart of the ease of transportation is here, right? Finding a location is not difficult. Arriving at the location of the property directly opposite Amirah Hotel. Has a car park for a maximum of 6 vehicles. And a decent motorbike parking can accommodate 30 motorbikes. There is security on guard 24 hours. So, the good thing is that this property doesn't have a gate pager. So even if you go home at night, you don't have to be complicated to open the gate. Reception is 24 hours, there is continuous stand by and the reception staff are all boys. The ages seem to be over 25 all. But really friendly and helpful. Registration is enough to give the Traveloka Booking code and leave the KTP as a sign of guarantee. He has 4 floors. The room downstairs has its own pantry and gallon water is available if you want to refill mineral water. So I got a room on the 2nd floor. Most corner. According to what I ordered a single room. There is a bathroom inside, there is ac, there is a TV, there is a wardrobe. But this is where my creaking cries started. So I entered this room myself, I was tired. The expectation is that the room is clean and you can sleep right away. But yes, dust goes everywhere throughout the room and bathroom in a position where there are lots of puddles. I just put things in. Clean the dust from the bed area using a sanitizer spray and go to sleep right away because you are really tired. At night when I wake up immediately take a shower while the sink is safe. The position of the sink glass is tilted, I try to keep it tilted. The closet sits are safe so far and the water flows sufficiently. The water hose next to it also works well. The towel pole is already in a damaged position on its side. Remove one side. The shower is good, even though the water is not too heavy. There are still hot and cold options. What is uncomfortable is that the drain is not closed smoothly. So I just opened the drain because if it couldn't be puddled after taking a shower. After taking a shower for an hour I thought the puddle was gone, huh? Eh, in front of the bathroom door there is a pretty good puddle of water that doesn't seem to be receding. Until I got home, the puddles continued. The first night the position of the sheets was neatly installed. But the sheets that were used were already thin and so thin that there was also dust in the corners of the bed. So on the second night I asked to replace all the sheets and blankets too. Plug in place, this is important if it is for me. In the room I ordered, there is only 1 plug available and that too plugs it into the TV. Align. And for 2 nights there I didn't have the TV, I turned it on because I preferred to use the TV plug to charge my cellphone. The TV is honest, it's really dusty. I just don't want to hold it There is a work table and chairs. I also have to wipe the table myself with the sanitizer. Let me be comfortable. AC so far so good. Even though it's only the 2nd day I turn it on. Not to cold, not to hot. 1 and 2 clean towels of 600 ml mineral water are provided. While there, I didn't keep things in the cupboard because the wardrobe was dusty so I just kept my bag near the bed. The position of the hotel is close to the mosque so everytime the call to prayer is clear. So if you want to pray, you can go directly to the mosque because it is close to 50 meters from the hotel. In the room there is a Qibla direction sign and a sticky text prohibiting smoking and I really appreciate this. Now it makes another uncomfortable matter that we can hear the voice of people chatting quite clearly in the corridor area even though the distance is already more than 5 meters from our room. In front of my room there is a balcony that can be used for smoking or just sitting and chatting. Not bad the balcony. Even though I clean it in the morning. The room key is still manual. But I'm comfortable. It just feels safe. My room door is a bit dragging. So if you want to open a maximum of 90 degrees you can't. About wifi, don't expect much. If your room is on the 1st floor, it is safe to get wifi. My room is on the 2nd floor so I can't get the wifi. So for those of you who are private hotels, I really think this is the right place. Coz the employees are very helpful and it seems that all the guests there are also ignorant types. All my complaints about the room I delivered to the reception, were responded well, and also resolved quickly and kindly at all times. So for me this hotel is 7.5 / 10. Because you win a lot of questions to private guests who are very well guarded. Salute.

Dirty room lots of small insects, smells, there are dead cockroaches, sheets have not been replaced, room atmosphere is horror, wifi is slow, TV is dirty.

The sheets have lots of yellow spots, the pillows smell like they have never been in the sun. There are cigarette butts. The bathroom sink doesn't work. There is no mat in front of the bathroom.

The staff is friendly, it's just that the rooms are not maintained. Room is damp, dirty, bed linen is worn out.

Mungkin salah memilih kamar, murah (100k / termurah) dan dingin juga kamar mandi yang bau pesing saat masuk, dan mungkin juga seprai dan sarung bantal kelihatan kotor tidak diganti. Lepas dari murah atau mahal nya kamar, bukankah tetap harus diberikan service dengan baik? Overall bagus. Karyawannya ramah, disediakan dapur untuk mengambil air panas, tempat strategis. Tempat parkir aman.

Pelayanan buruk, nyesel nginep di sini kalau ga kepepet mending di hotel lain bersih. Semua fasilitas kotor dan berdebu! Harga murah, kualitas asal asalan!

Not recommend at all. I was reserve first floor but they said it's full book, I was reserve them two days before so it's bs to say full. The door was faulty, cannot be locked so I have to put my bags over the door and feeling unsafe all night I stay there.

Dirty everywhere. Especially the room very dirty.
