The service is very good. The water park was very impressive for my children. Anyway, it's really cool to have a holiday at the Oasis Bandung hotel.

The place is fun for water lovers, but the water is only warm in the adult pool while the water in the children's pool is cold. The room is quite spacious, although the bathroom is a little narrow. There is no refrigerator, the TV is still an old model. Quite clean and well maintained. It's better to choose a room with a swimming pool view. Strategic location to find food and snacks nearby. Very kids friendly and family friendly. Recommended.

Location in the city, quite strategic. It's just less comfortable because the swimming pool is open to the public. And the breakfast is not enough, the price is quite expensive, there are very few choices.

Yesterday stayed in the oasis suite pool view room. 1 bedroom (queen bed size + single mattress but quite large in size, I'm just confused why it's only a mattress, not a bed😆) + living room + bathroom bathtub, but supplies such as soap, shampoo or toothbrushes for suite room sizes are really lacking. The plus point is the warm water Olympic swimming pool. But it's a shame for holidays to mix with the public. Especially with students who are learning to swim, the waterpark pool is dirty and the water is really cold, maybe because it rained all day on Saturday. Breakfast might be added to the menu to make it more varied. There is no playground, parking along the road, because there is no parking area.

Kebutuhan utama manusia adalah air, masa hotel tidak tersedia air untuk waktu yang lama, tidak ada air buat flush toilet, tidak ada air buat cuci tangan apalagi buat mandi, ini sangat mengecewakan sekali.
