Pros: new place, clean, friendly guards, spacious parking, secure access (there is an access card to the room area). Disadvantages: no WiFi, no blankets, no towels, unusable TV, 200k deposit not immediately returned at check out (transferred 1-2 days)

Everything is good, how come the place is clean. It's just that the deposit was returned, how about that? I checked out, only the deposit was on the TF but will there be a notification if our deposit has been returned?

There were no blankets, only 1 towel. The mattress was broken, the pillow was hard 😭 didn't get mineral water.

It didn't match what was pictured, the AC remote didn't work, there wasn't a TV remote, lots of mosquitoes, the sheets were black, I felt uncomfortable staying there, this was the last time I stayed there.

The deposit is expensive, 200 thousand, and can't be refunded immediately, you have to use a return transfer.

Boarding house for daily rental. Guards are not realm. And the deposit came. 100 thousand. When the water drains, the foam is not taken. Told to come back on a weekday. Very complicated.
