hi, we are just beside the Batam Center Ferry Terminal or behind the Harris Batam Center Hotel Building. if you are coming from Batam Center Ferry Terminal, you could enter Harris Hotel Batam Center and walk through the swimming pool area to the apartment building and you will see the entrance. you will have to go downstair to the lobby. please take your key and access card at the reception. our apartment is on 7th floor, unit 7AE if you are not coming from Batam Center Ferry Terminal, please tell your driver that you are going to One Residence Apartment or Harris Batam Center Hotel.

While swimming with other guests, we were suddenly told to stop because there were repairs going on in the building above. Without any apology, we were told to hurry up again. My child started crying.

I stayed here for 2 days, not recommended. The bathroom is dirty, the sheets are smelly and itchy and smelly. The apartment is not well maintained.

Overall okay, the place is nice with a pretty good view, the staff is friendly. However, there are some things that need to be improved such as the "bunk bed" which always sounds when used, making sleeping very difficult and some TV channels that cannot be watched.

The apartment is located in a strategic location close to the center of government, near the Mall and Ferry Terminal. Room facilities are quite complete, with 3 beds, You tube channels, clean, swimming pool and adjacent to a city park with sports facilities. So it is highly recommended if you bring your family to vacation there.
