The rooms are clean, TV, AC, electric kettle, hot water works well, only the hairdryer doesn't work, the rooms are big and neat. The restaurant food is delicious and varied. Thank God, the swimming pool and outside facilities are very spacious, there are fun games for children and lots of even more interesting outside facilities. Overall, in my opinion, this is a recommended place to stay. God willing, next time I will come back, the staff and employees are all friendly and communicative, I am very comfortable and recommend this place๐.

The best family hotel, I took the Rosalia 2 bedroom. The house and rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean, the food is delicious, the service is good, the hotel facilities are child friendly.

We arrived at the hotel at 12.00 and we immediately checked in at 12.00. The process was fast and you were allowed to enter the room straight away at 12.00 which should have been 14.00. When checked in 1 minute for deposit per room @ 100k. Because we have 2 rooms, it's 200k. We booked a hotel in the Orchid room which had 3 beds without AC. Our choice was correct because it's in the valley and it's definitely very cold, without AC it's like using AC. We got adjoining rooms on 303 and 304 on the first floor. The rooms were clean, spacious, there were 3 beds, 3 slippers, 3 free aqua and there was coffee and tea too. The bathroom is clean, the warm water works well, and there is a hair dryer too. To get to the swimming pool from the room is quite far, so walk first about 100m, the swimming pool is also wide, there are small, medium and large slides too. In the pool area there are swings and toys for children too. The water in the swimming pool is really cold, there are lots of children's play areas, there is a ball field, and there is a trampoline too. The restaurant is also quite far from the room, around 200m, the food is varied, an additional child at breakfast is charged 75k. For friendly staff service. At the time there was renovation going on. Hopefully when we go there again the renovations will be finished. ๐. Thanks Lembah Permai Resort. Thanks online agent.

The service at the reception is okay. Can early check in. Quick response. This is the 3rd time we have stayed. Get a free 10% discount for going to Taman Safari for 12 people. Thank you Ms. Alya. Anyway, whether there are items left behind, thank God, they were looked for by housekeeping and delivered using an expedition. OK, really a recommendation.
