The hotel aesthetic lobby and friendly staff made me feel welcomed upon entering. Room space is enough for a couple, not a family, and it is clean and comfortable. I'm really impressed by the front office staff's memory. She still recognized me even though it's been months since my last visit. Hotel is well-maintained, each and every objects in our room was still in good condition. Especially the old aircon, so cool! Aside from that, all of the hotel staffs were super helpful and friendly. They did their best at making us feel comfortable during our stay. Thank you!

My room is on 9th floor. The POP Room that I reserved was pretty large. The bathroom is a bit small, but it's not a deal breaker. I honestly very happy with my stay. The room staff also pretty nice and fast processing my order. The hotel is also adjacent with the Festival CItylink Mall.

Quite pleasant stay at lenora hotel. Got a little trouble at night because the closet was leaking. Fortunately, there was a vacant room so we moved. The staffs are helpful. The room is nice and clean considering cheap rate. There's nice rooftop cafe on the 6th floor. It was a nice place to stay. The only down point is the hotel location, it's on the one way traffic road so we had to take a long turn every time we were coming back from the city center.

With facilities such as disaster rooms. Dirty room, no air conditioning, dirty fan, broken contact stock, dirty bathroom. Really gross. I took a shower, there was a cockroach coming out of the drain. Mattress too. Not hygienic. After staying even itchy. Even though I was given a price of 50k. Or free I do not want, the place is not worth it. Better find another place. Instead of regretting and blaming online agents. Because the innkeeper charges high rates, but the quality, comfort of the hotel is not livable. Thanks

That need to be corrected: fitting into the room smells of cigarettes and quite disturbing the room should not be made smoking, ordinary tv channel is not clear instead of tv cable, no wifi, no lights in the kitchen so dark, water drain clogged shower and shower leak, no soap, wash plate so wet and kitchen set quickly broken. Hopefully clean up better, thanks.
