Horribly kept, there's dust and spiderwebs everywhere. You cannot breathe the air without feeling dust collecting in your lungs, definitely do not come if you have any breathing problems. It probably hasn't been used during the pandemic and now is reopening but only does the most basic cleaning. There's only one staff at the hotel, and she's trying her best to keep the hotel afloat but the management seems intent to run the place down. I booked a twin tatami bed only to be relegated to a standard room because they have overbooked their hotel and because there was no support from Traveloka I had no choice but to stay there. 1/5 never staying here again.
