Service is awesome! Very impressed with the friendliness of the staffs. Everyone smiles, greets the guests, and is very helpful. My room is clean, well-functioned. They refilling room amenities daily as well. I tried the laundry and food service. Laundry is good, food taste is a bit average. Overall, will definitely come back:)

OK so I rarely write a review if the quality does not meet the expectations. But I have to say that my experience staying at this hotel was a pleasant one and definitely will come back here some other time. The location was great, next to Djournal petitenget. Hotel services and hospitality were also great, the room was very clean and tidy. I loved the fact that they provide a bolster. Thank you!

Got a recommendation from a friend that a hotel in Seminyak with a unique and cute room interior concept is good here, and the interior is really as unique and cute as it is. The price range in the 450s last night in my opinion is quite right. The shower room and toilet have a separator which is good so it doesn't get messy. There is a minibar too. The mirror in the bathroom has 3 sides, cool! The staff is friendly and very helpful. For the type of food nothing special, standard as usual.

The room if you can add a work desk, the service is good, the breakfast is good but just standard, minus the shower which has no barrier with the toilet/sink, it gets flooded after taking a shower

Kamarnya bersih luas kecil standard, toilet luas ada. Kasur enak. Omelette nya superb delicious di sini. Dekat dengan tempat favorite aku cafe pison!

Desain hotel, resto, dan kamarnya modern. Untuk kamarnya bersih (rutin ada room cleaning) dan cukup luas. Semua akses lift dan kamar pakai key card. Saya paling suka kamar mandinya disediakan hair dryer. Air panas untuk mandi & wastafel juga menyala, AC dingin tapi kadang suka mati tiba2. Untuk menu breakfast rasanya lumayan walaupun kurang variasinya. Pelayanan cukup ramah. Sayang sekali kalau check-in terlambat lewat 30 menit (< 1 jam) kena biaya 150 ribu. Kalau biaya check-out yang terlewat kena biaya masih logis, tapi untuk check-in terlambat belum 1 jam itu agak bagaimana gitu karena kan belum tentu jam kedatangannya bisa sesuai prediksi, kan. Kemudian saat check-in kita masih harus menunggu 1 jam untuk kamarnya dipersiapkan (saya asumsi kamarnya memang belum disiapkan oleh hotel karena sedang ramai, tapi mungkin untuk selanjutnya bisa lebih dipersiapkan agar kamar tamu yang memang sudah dipesan melalui aplikasi sebulan sebelumnya bisa merasa puas dan tidak disuruh menunggu lagi). Semoga kedepannya sistem dan pelayanannya bisa lebih baik lagi karena Kamaniiya sebenarnya hotel yang nyaman untuk dijadikan tempat penginapan. Terima kasih.
