Actually I never worry about service and staying experience when I stayed at a 5 stars hotel, since I believe that they must have a reliable service quality standard. This is not my 1st time staying at IHG hotels, but this time, even though I didn't received super warm welcome when I arrived at the lobby entrance as I always get at other 5 stars hotel, and nobody helped me with my belongings, but itl's okay since it's not heavy at all. The front desk staff, Wirianto welcomed us so friendly and helped with super fast early check in, even though we arrived 2,5 hours earlier than the standard check in time. He even upgraded the standard room to more spacious premiere with pool and scenery view for us. Food is good, room dining service guy so friendly, and my daughters love the steak with mushroom sauce. The pasta were also good. The housekeeping girl, Anisa, also very handy and helped us with extra blanket and ensure that we were comfortable enough. They also offer to add more mineral waters to our room several times. Gym was so spacious, clean, friendly staffs, and complete equipment. Spa I don't know, because 2x I go around, nobody sitting at the spa front desk. Breakfast, there's a lot of choices from local food, such as soto bandung, to western food. Variety of fruits just so so, chawanmushi tasteless, boiled eggs a bit overcook, boulangerie options good. Clown characters goes around to cheer up toddlers. There's also fun activity for toddlers everyday during school holiday. Thank you for the customized hospitality. Keep up the good work.
