I never get the weird services as this such one. They ask me to wait for checking-in since this hotel can't get my reservation data. After that, this hotel gave a room with rest room that can't flush. They move to other room eventually. Before it, they let me know that I am a guest without breakfast. Then I reply to them, that I don't ask for breakfast as you can see it from my reservation. The staff then reply to me with words, "Just to make sure that you know, you don't have a breakfast coupon." Huhhh.... This kind of service really me feel weird.

Everything is great, the people are friendly and polite. There is free karaoke, it is fun, we can stay up late outside the room. The food is good and the price is reasonable. It's not far from the city centre though out of a walking distance.

Water heater, AC & TV are bad, also there is no elevator that make difficult to carry many stuff.

First time we stay in that hotel, but the room but so clean the tools at bathroom like wastafel was plug up, one light off, there is no remote tv & cup board was broken no lift. I think need to be improved.

Dirty, broken hot water, and minimum tv channel. No elevator, and only deluxe type on 2nd floor, the rest type of room are on 3rd floor above. It is not as described in the advertisement. Not worth for the price charged.
