The room is actually comfortable for resting, but the cleanliness is still very lacking, under the bed there is a lot of dirt, for the bathroom too, the tap is broken, the shower is also broken, the refrigerator is also very dirty, for garbage can be thrown outside, do not put it next to the stairs. Just try to put cleanliness in number one, it will definitely be very comfortable to stay there. For the service is very friendly and polite. Thank you.

The staff is friendly, initially I was hesitant because the condition of the hotel from the front looked unmaintained, I was already nervous but afraid that the room would not be suitable. It turned out when I entered the room the room was clean, the sheets were clean, the floor was clean. The room was spacious, the bathroom was quite clean. But the hotel area was dirty and looked shabby. Trashbags everywhere .. but for that price it was quite good .. maybe the front of the hotel and its surroundings were cleaned

Sorry. The hotel is like a haunted place, not according to the picture in the app. Not taken care of. The bathroom has worms. Dirty. The room sheets are also dirty. Not cleaned. The entire hotel environment is dirty, filthy and scary. Booked for 4 days. Finally, 1 day later, we moved to another hotel. Because it was uncomfortable.

very disappointing, since entering the front area of the hotel it already looks very dirty like an old hotel, until the lobby smells of dust, lots of spider webs, when entering the room it smells, lots of dust, dirty cupboard, smelly bathroom, dead exhaust, slippery bathroom, itchy blanket and bed.. Basically I'm not going to Sekar Ayu Hotel again, my intention was to have a happy vacation but instead I got annoyed and disappointed

-Hotel Staff: Friendly -Cleanliness: honestly when I entered the floor was a bit dirty as if it had never been swept & mopped, then there was a sofa & table as if it had never been wiped, because it looked a bit dusty. for the white room sheets also looked dirty, there were stains, under the bed was also dirty, it looked like it had never been swept & mopped. -Facilities: there is a cupboard, cold AC, there is a TV, there is a refrigerator (deluxe type), there is no sink in the bathroom (deluxe type), you can drink 2 small bottles, 2 towels and one small soap. for those who rent a motorbike, in the hotel there is a place to put the motorbike like a small garage, it will be locked & opened tomorrow morning, so it is quite safe. there are 2 night lights that are on, only one (deluxe type). maybe the cleanliness can be re-considered & some facilities can be repaired or replaced, even though the building is old but if it is looked after properly, it will be a good hotel & not inferior to others even with cheap prices.

The room's AC doesn't work (hot air) even though it's at maximum 16. I arrived at 12 and it wasn't cold until 6. The bathroom smells really bad, even though I tried using lots of perfumes, it still smells. And it's stuffy. The AC needs to be cleaned.

The service is very unfriendly, even though Jogja is famous for its friendly people, the room, pillow cases, bathroom have cockroaches and the hotel environment is very dirty, the hotel management needs to review this matter, don't book a hotel here 😭

The room is not clean, tends to be dirty especially the mattress and pillows. Be careful when leaving the room, because I lost something. I thought I forgot to bring my stuff from home, but it turned out to be gone. It seems like someone entered when I was out of the room for a walk. It is highly not recommended to stay here.
