I'm really impressed by the front office staff's memory. She still recognized me even though it's been months since my last visit. Hotel is well-maintained, each and every objects in our room was still in good condition. Especially the old aircon, so cool! Aside from that, all of the hotel staffs were super helpful and friendly. They did their best at making us feel comfortable during our stay. Thank you!

Wow! Really really really good services. I'm losing words for their friendly and nice attitude. Located in the central of Bandung, walking distance to Braga street. Historical building but modern look with art deco style. Definitely will be back again!

all the services are okay, from the security guard, the lady and the receptionist, all are nice, the location is very strategic, it's been our umpteenth staycation here, only this time we got an executive room. there is a bit of a dent on the floor when stepped on, but it's okay, because the carpet is thick,

the room is cooler after being renovated, the android TV is bigger, the wifi is fast, the AC is really cold, there are lots of choices of TV channels it's just not soundproof enough, the horn and the sound of vehicles are a bit loud, it's understandable because it's on the side of the road, otherwise it's perfect thank you

Cons: check-in is close to 10pm, I suggest staff assistance in finding parking needs to be improved... the same thing regarding bathroom linens such as towels and mats which turned out to be unavailable and I only realized it in the morning, so please be more careful every time you check the room before guests occupy it Pros: fast check-in/out process, excellent service from the team during breakfast, especially Mr. Kirman who always smiles and greets guests... Overall, it's always a pleasant staycation here, stay enthusiastic and hopefully the service will be even better in the future..

I booked 2 rooms, overall it was good, clean and the service staff was very good. The first room did not have a smart TV, the floor was carpeted, the second room had a smart TV but the floor was ceramic, not carpeted, the food was delicious and the restaurant was good

The room is not well maintained, the floor carpet is peeling, the walls are moldy, the bathroom shower doesn't drain any water, there are small animals flying around, it's really uncomfortable.

Cleanliness, comfort of the room. Friendly staff and there is a warm 50cm deep children's pool. In the executive room there is a shower and there is also a bath up. The room is also spacious, and there is a balcony that is good for deep talk in the midnight with my wife
